I have never had to ask for help, but now I have no choice. I have been diagnosed with hepatitis c. I am no longer able to work, and I want to live. I have 3 beautiful sons whom I want to see grow up. The medication that may help me is called , and it costs over $2,000. a month. I will need to be on this treatment for 48 weeks. My children & myself are currently staying with friends, who were very gracious to take us in during our time of need.I may qualify for disability from the government, but for now, I have no way to take care of my family.I don't want to be a burden on my friends, as they are not in a position to help us out for much longer. I want all of you who read this post to understand that I did not acquire this illness through drug use. Most people assume that people with hepatitis c are iv drug users. I got it through a blood transfusion many years ago after a bad accident. If you know of anyone with this illness, you realize how devastating it is to the person that has it, and to all those that love that person. So, here I am asking for financial help from anyone who is able to help me. It doesn't matter if it is one dollar, or ten dollars, anything is better than what I have now. If you are able to help my family & myself I thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you can't help out, that's okay too. I would also like to thank you for reading my post.
